The SG11 series wind turbine power supply dry-type transformer is a transformer specifically designed to meet the requirements of operation control power supply, lighting power supply, maintenance power supply, etc. for wind turbines.
It reduces the 0.69kV voltage of wind turbines to 0.4kV, with a capacity range of 80/150/200/350kVA.
Features:
- The iron core is made of high-quality cold-rolled grain oriented silicon steel sheets with 45 ° fully oblique joint structure.
- Core surface is coated with special anti-rust paint to prevent moisture and rust.
- High and low voltage coils are made of multi-layer cylindrical winding, with each layer coated with H-grade self drying insulation paint to ensure superior insulation performance.
- The interlayer and wrapping materials are made of adhesive materials, which are dried and solidified into a whole body. The overall vacuum coating treatment provides high mechanical strength and high moisture resistance.
- The metal clamping parts are sprayed with C4 or above, suitable for salt spray and humid environments at sea.
